Here is a great rum recipe for the beginning of fall. If you try one, let us know what you think!
1 1/2 ounce Captain Morgan White rum
1 teaspoon cherry brandy
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 teaspoon grenadine
1 egg white or egg substitute
Pour the ingredients into a cold cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and crushed ice, then shake.
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
